After installing and activating Media Library Recovery Pro, you need to enter your license key to unlock its features. If the key is missing or invalid, you’ll see: “Invalid or empty license key! You need to enter and activate your license on the License page.”
Locating Your License Key
Your license key is issued at the time of purchase and can be found in a few places:
- Purchase receipt – shown on the confirmation page right after checkout.
- Email confirmation – check the inbox of the email address used at purchase.
- My Account – log in at mediarecoveryplugin.com and go to My Account > Orders.
Activating Your License
- Log in to WordPress and go to the Media Library Recovery Pro settings page.
- Click the License tab – on first use, it will show as Inactive.
- Paste your license key into the activation field.
- Click Activate License.
On success, you’ll see: “Plugin license key has been activated successfully!” and the status will change from Inactive to Active.
After Activation
Once activated, you have access to all Pro features and updates included with your purchase. If activation fails or you can’t find your license key, see the FAQ or contact support.
